HAPPY 19th BIRTHDAY YUZHOU!!!

Just got home not so long ago to celebrate Yuzhou's birthday. It's was supposed to be a surprise and Lisa Lisa was entrusted with the important mission of bring our beloved birthday girl to Changi Airport. It took me SO LONG to meet up with Liting, Swee Hong and Lyn Lyn. I was at B1 when I saw group of this air stewards, stewardress and pilots. They really inspired me to be one of them cause I WANT TO GO OVERSEA. I WANT TO GO JAPAN. (okay back to topic)

So Lisa Lisa finished her task as she bought Yuzhou to Swensen though she saw us on her way down the esacalator. But Swensen was rather packed and Lyn Lyn & Liting were like dissolving (due to hunger) into thin air. So we changed the venue to Aiji-san ramen store. haha.. The serving was rather huge and our stomach was quickly satisfied. The first moment when we received our ramen there was silence. Why? Because we were all busy eating our ramen and no bother was free to talk. Liting was the first to finish, followed by Yuzhou. Lyn lyn was the first one to give up (she's that kind of customer that buffet restaraunt loves: hungry fast, full fast.) Overall, the meal was satisfying.

2 days ago just bought a new cellphone along with the renewal of the Mio plan. haha... I FINALLY GOT A NEW PHONE. That day, we(as in I) spent about 2hours just making the decision which phone to buy. Got to ask my brother down to ask for his opinion, so it was the whole family went down to the shop just for me to make my decision what phone to buy. haha...
Getting a new phone is just plain SHIOK!!!!!

SYF ended of Wednesday 6th May. Phew~
As usual, the wait for result is a pain, cause you have to sit for a LONG period of time with nothing to do, in short I was bored then. I'm proud to announce that MJC and RV got silver award. Same as us. haha. I know it's so mean but this fact sort of provided comfort that the effort we put in as an orchestra is not in vain. Where everyone had to stay back for night practices and everything, it was tough then. However practices were pretty enjoyable apart from the mistakes made by us, my bed-head was often being mentioned cause my conductor somehow was very concerned with my hair I supposed.
The highlight of the competition might be during our performance, I think the vibraphone wasn't tuned or what, it sounded plain weird with the 'me----ooow' sound. haha.. The person playing was like SHOCKED to the max.

Then today was BIOLOGY SPA trial A assessment. IT'S OVER!! SHIOK TO THE EXTREME. The 1hour duration is so nerve-wreaking and my hands are like 'CHIONG-AH' the moment the assessment start. Super glad that is over.

Can't find any nice manga to read. Katekyo is good(Chapter 240 is out), but I'm still waiting for the next update. Found a really good but short (as in I can't find the update) manga, so I search the manga under the author. I read a few of her work, but mostly not exactly my type of shoujo manga I will go for. I lacking for manga to read...

Thank goodness, there's holiday on Monday. I'm desperate for break =.=

I'm so TOUCHED!!! I JUST FINISHED my exams as in Semestral Assessment. Having a school near your home is such blessing.

Anyway let's recount what happened during the exams....
Round 1
GP:
Paper1- *Scan through the paper* What! Why the questions are like so... as in you need to be rather profficient in your language to write them. The question that I wrote was like the most manageable among all of them. haha..
Paper2- At first okay one, then behind was like... WHAT WITH THE QUESTION!!! I can't paraphrase much. UNCERTAINTY is... The age of uncertainty... I was rather certain I want to punch my table lor...
NEXT, Economics:
The one was rather manageable compared to other papers. hehe... ^_^ Whoa.. I was like SHIOK~~~

Maths:
haha.. please la. This is like my worst subject can. I can only do my Statistics and others was like #$%^&* alien language.. Statistics is <3 but the worst was yet to come...
Chemistry:
WHOA!!! MY DARLING CHEMISTRY!!! I want to kill people sia!!! I do until half way then I super *ROAR*!!! I was like why cannot balance the thing. Then my organic chemistry, I spent so much time on you then one stupid mistake then I lost 10 marks. NEXT TIME YOU WATCH OUT.....

haha. just finish the paper. MY ESSAY IS SO SCREWED!!! I learnt my comparision for prokaryotic and eukaryotic genome then come out viral genome!!! AIYO~~~

I'm currently waiting for my BELOVED co practice to start.
~~It's more like I'm thinking whether should I go.cause I skipped last week practice~~
I used to have 'feel' when I play in combined practice in my secondary school though I complained that it's too BORING. But now, it seems that those practices were pretty enjoyable in the end.

Today's RoadRun was okay. Slightly better than last year? The RoadRun started with the J2 boys and from what I saw. They were liked super 'on'. I supposed they ran the whole thing. What's best is that some guys whom I saw ermm.. actually I'm not very sure what they are doing. But they were spitting something onto the soil near the tree I was standing to. BEST. I don't want what they did but they looked pretty weird to me and WHY MUST THEY DO IN FRONT OF ME LA. So clean~~ Yuzhou said some got colour one. O.O

Strolled the whole 3km with Yuzhou and luckily she was there. Cause yesterday I have a hunch that Lisa Lisa they all will walk and run and pang sei me. haha. So I got a strolling companion. YaY~~ By the time we reached, the J1 boys are reaching too. To be exact, they were faster. At the time, the J1 girls haven't start their race yet. So I was like the last for my race and Yuzhou is like the first for hers.

While waiting for the whole thing to end, PHOTO TAKING TIME with Lisa Lisa, Lyn Lyn, Yuzhou, Swee Hong and LiTing. haha. The whole roadrun took quite sometime and even though I didn't even run a step, my legs felt tired just from waiting. But I supposed we bonded as a class, so time well spent. XD

Had Japan trip reunion on Saturday to Shokudo. Sheryl nearly didn't come cause she said she wanted to sleep. The outing was pretty fun, got to go out with Sheryl, Amanda, XinHui, Veronika and Joel. Xinhui and Veron left early. Then Amanda, Sheryl and Joel are like talking some alien stuff which I don't understand. haha. But it's pretty interesting listening to their conversation. Went for support singing practice after that. <3

Tomorrow have road-run. Woot. No formal school tomorrow. BUT HAVE CCA!! WHY??!!!!! and until 9pm. Best. I love it sia.
This year's G.P. trip is going to POLAND!!! I WANT TO GO!!! Ms Quek said that they will be reserving places for J2 cause the trip is in June. But they are result-based. I'M SO MOTIVATED MAN!!!
The Semestral Assessment 1 time-table is out and it's FABULOUS. Maths and Chemistry papers are together, 3 hours each. The next day is Biology. Shiok man.

This week the school just reopened and we have a series of tropical tests! WOOT~~

Yesterday. Yuzhou and I went to Simone's house to celebrate her birthday which supposed to be on 15th Jan 2009. Her house is super big. haha. It's very nicely designed and decorated. The food that her mum and Ann (her cook) was DELICIOUS!!! The family members are VERY hospitable and her friends too. So you won't felt left out at there and it was real fun.

HAPPY YEAR YEAR~~
Yesterday, after co-workers night, we(the Tiews: me, joyce, faith, joseph; pearlyn, janice, jesslyn, shuxin, aaron, jeremy, michelle, JingYang, the Kirks: Yvonne, Angela, Sabrina, then amandia joined us at ECP) went to Easr Coast Part(ECP) for count-down. (Actually I wanted to go home, but my brother and sisters don't want to. Haiz..)
We could see the fire-works from Marina Bay then the boats sent out flare. It looked pretty good from my view. Then the stars and the night sky were GORGEROUS. Then faith and I were pigging out the potato chips. Then talked lor. We shared about our New Year Resolution.

My New Year Resoultion for 2009:
1) BLOOMING spiritual life
2) Do well for my A levels
3) Stay healthy (me, my family, my friends and everyone around me)
4) Better time management
5) Learn Japanese*** and driving

Went to Monica's house yesterday. When I have reached Monica's house, Samantha, Gina, Monica and Shun have finished cooking. Gina tried to feed me with some of her 'delicious' onion porridge. =.= looked scary...

So while I was ~~fiddling~~ playing with Kunzite(so all of the photos taken yesterday were on Kunzite.) , Shun, Monica and Samantha were busying re-doing Shiumi's face-up, then Gina drooling over the Bishie people that she saw using her CURE account. Truthfully, they really look very BISHIE!!!
Then Monica, Shun and Gina along with Shiumi ~~forcefully brought along~~ , they went to watch some movie called Saw4. So that was my chance to find for my 'THE ONE'. haha. I was drooling over dolls. Leekedoll's Koji, Romeo and Hero looked so GORGEROUS!!! Little Monica's Kliff also looked so BEAUTIFUL!!! Especially with the red wig. SUPER HOT!! I'm so tempted~~~

Gina periodically came in to check out with the dolls that I am viewing. She's quite faithfully to her CrobiDoll YeongHo TypeB(Gina's The One). haha..

MY SUPER LATE UPDATED FOR MY JAPAN TRIP

First Day(WEDNESDAY 03rd DEC 2008)
The first time I took a plane!!! (How country-bumpkin is that! haha~~) Anyway, the plane trip was smooth. The breakfast was good, accompanied with the lovely sunrise. But due to the new shoe that I wore to Japan, my feet hurt like __________. haha. Still, the tour was still AWESOME!!!!

Yesterday's D24 was good. The backstage was rather easy for me, cause nothing much for me. hehe. After D24, we needed to pack up and then got some 'tou-pok' sessions, one of the people who got 'tou-pok' was my brother. haha. I just sat at the side to watch the show. So evil sia.

Went for supper at Kembangan, the shop that time my uncle bought me to. We used 3 cars, 1 motorbike and i bicycle to reach there. haha. People who went were: Me, my brother, my sisters(Joyce and Faith), Joshua, Daniel, TaiYong(Gillian called him XiaoYong >_<)

I'm currently suffering from Japan-Trip-withdrawal symptoms
1) Feel like wearing double clothings even though you are wearing long sleeve already. Wraping yourself like a bazhang
2) Feel like smashing snow onto your friends. *SNOW WAR: Singapore style with ice kachang*
3) Feel like adjusting your water heater to 40°C taking a shower with a wide range of shampoo and body soap -SO SHIOK-
4) Wanting to go inside a 40+ °C onsen after your bath with COLD wind blowing -SHIOK TO THE MAX-

I want to go Japan again. I want ONSEN!!! I just want to go oversea. Read through Jesuke's blog which was updated with her Japan trip photos. SO SHIOK~~ like putting salt on my wound. haha.
I just got my japan trip photo from the camera a few days ago. I will update in the next post. hehe.

Today(technically was yesterday,17th Dec), we(me, Monica, Joan, Liting, Gina, Shun, Kaze and some of Sam's friends who I didn't manage to catch their names) celebrate Samantha's 17th birthday at Vivocity!! Super fun. Samantha, I hoped you enjoyed yourself. Then we went to Esplanade to see Musical instrument. Samantha, Monica and maybe Gina wanted to buy instruments for their dolls. haha. SO shiok!

Yesterday, I went for a hair-cut trip with Sheryl, Amanda, Liying, Olivia, Joel and Jessica. We went to the Snip Avenue at Blk 201. That salon's haircut is $3.80. Super Cheap. Anyway, Sheryl's hair SUPER nice, she got to cut her hair for SO LONG.So SHIOK! Joel got free service from the same hairstylist as Sheryl. He got to rinse and style his hair which none of us got. haha. SO LUCKY!

Then meet up with Monica, Joan, Samantha, Liting and Gina at Paya Lebar's This Fashion. Found a lot of "Love Me" bright PINK clothes!! haha. Gina's favourite.

After that we crush Monica's house!!! Haha. Got to catch Kunzite in female clothing. SO PRETTY! but i forgot to bring my camera and the lighting was pretty bad so can't take any photo. We left Monica's house quite late and according to her that cause her to have difficulty sleeping yesterday. XD

Haha. In the end, I just gave spoiler. Cause the pictures can portray better the plot. But I was really SURPRISED!!! At the earlier part of the chapter, I thought Irie was like going to kill all the Guardians, getting their rings for the Trinisette policy but what a surprising change of event!
PLUS, Irie so ADORABLE in that pose!!! Can't wait for Chapter 219!!

Today is THE oral presentation day. My group was the last group so got plenty of time to get into the 'HIGH' mode. XD

The day started quite rocky. I forgot to bring the paper need for the timing for when to press the slide in the presentation. But LUCKILY, there is break so can walk home to take. Got my mummy 'good-luck' handshake. ^_^ Miss Young also wished us all the best! 爽!

The whole presentation should be good. I didn't really notice how was my speech but the Q&A was manageable. Sandra one was SUPER COOL! The teacher kept shooting question but the way he asked was real FUNNY.

I was TOTALLY BLOWN OFF by this manga. This manga is SUPER DUPER BRILLIANT. I IN LOVE with it. LOVE all the characters. Naka, Umi, Tsutsumi LOVE all of them.

JUST finish my I&R. I completely forgot there was such a thing cause I have been reading manga. Finish Tokyo Crazy Paradise in the morning and realise that I haven't recommend Skip Beat.(Both are the works of Nakamura Yoshiki) Then before I did my I&R, I finish reading a new manga which I just started today, Psycho Buster, so wanted to recommend Skip Beat and Psycho Buster.

The anime is out until episode 4 but the manga is a MUST-READ. The plot is REAL BRILLIANT and it's super funny. Kyoko's reactions are super interesting. Plus Shou and Ren is HOT!!!

OP dry-run today.
Start the day with nagging. *great way to start the day* LUCKY I got to school now time. Phew.
Just I practised my script the previous night, so today dry-run was pretty...good.
Got praised by Miss Young that we improve by A LOT! SO SHIOK~~
But I think I was real high today, so that caused the presentation to be good.

HOWEVER Miss Young said it was real tiring to hear me speak in the beginning, but behind was good. I think that started way too fast then she gave me the 'look' then I was liked 'okay. slow down man.' Amazingly ran through my whole part without my script, without much stumbling. [Actually I wanted to refer but forgot to turn my script from the start so I was at the 1st page when I was already talking about the middle section. Then just go with the flow.] Need to commemorate today. hehe. My prayer REALLY works cause it's very easy for me to get nervous plus the habit of speaking very fast is really bad for a speaker. The pronouciation part was better but my 'Mother Teresa' was still TOO FAST. -_- need to improve.
I'm getting big-headed. Need to deflat it.

SO on the whole, it's pretty awesome for me to be prasied caused the previous day got crtisize quite a lot, so wee~~~ 爽

READ a new manga similar to Skip Beat{can't wait for the new chapter. I want to see Kyoko's protrayal of Natsu} but need to read further to check out whether is it good.
This manga is Honey Hunt. (I know it's a SUPER weird title but WHATEVER) Finish reading the manga up to where it stop then very shoujo manga but it's okay for me.

Today went to school without doing any homework cause i forgot that there was homework in the first place. No wonder the weekend so relax and free. I used the time and finish one ongoing manga so I wanted to recommend it cause I seriously think that the plot is really good.

The whole story plot is very unique. This manga is nice in short so just read.

Went to the zoo today for the CM's Children Day outing!!!~Woot~

It was SUPER warm but FUN. I got to partner up with Jolene and Joy and man they are like SUPERx100 ADORABLE can!!!

Joy thought that there was one Orang Utan that was cooking cause it was taking a stick can poking(?) something.

But I think I ate too much~~Suffering from indigestion..

Last night just watch D.Gray man episode 102. Yesterday was the FIRST time, I think Leenalee was really cool, "How dare you do this to our home."

Soul Eater episode 25 was good. 4 Death Scythes, including Spirit, gathered at Shibusen!!!(JUSTIN Row, Spirit, Yumi Azusa a.k.a Queen of Student Council and Mary Miuril)

Justin was SUPER funny!! "God(Shinigami), why can't I hear your voice?"

I also recommended Lisa Lisa to read Penguin Revolution and Jon to watch Kateikyoushi Hitman reborn+Soul Eater(but he's currently watching Katekyo).

Ya. Just remembered something. Doing Chemistry homework is such a BLISS.

Anyway I want to recommend a manga that I have been reading! I think it's really worth reading, SUPER BRILLIANT!!

A manga by Ohba Tsugumi, known for his work: Death Note.
The manga I want to recommend is Bakuman

Synopsis: It's not easy to become and live as a mangaka, Mashiro knows that from his late uncle. At his 9th grade, while trying to keep up with reality, school and then normal job, he left his notebook with a sketch of Azuki, a girl he likes. Tamaki, a first rate student found it and trying to convince Mashiro to draw a manga with his story. Mashiro doesn't like the idea and tries to decline. Tamaki, however, tries to stick to dream and found out that Azuki also wants to be a voice actress and already got a good reply from a production company. Tamaki, then, brought Mashiro to her house and telling her his dream.... Mashiro then tells her that he will write a manga with Tamaki and will ask Azuki to voice their anime. Out of confusion, Mashiro asks her if the dreams become reality, will she marry him? She says yes, only if their dreams become true, and not otherwise!! Now, lifes of wannabe mangakas begin!!!

Just finish the last exam of the week. Then I immediately rushed and.... (you know la) began watching manga. Clicked on some SUPER NOT my type of manga, even worst I still read a few pages. Regretted wasting my time reading cause I don't know how to appreciate those genre of manga.

BUT I read a SUPER BRILLIANT manga. Love the drawing style and how the story flows. It gives off a very blissful feeling. So I felt very strongly that I should recommend this shoujo manga!!! *blissed*

Title: Tonari no Megane-Kun

Minami is super HOT!! (even more so cause he wears spectacles!!)

Synopsis: Minami has been living with Kuriko's family ever since his parents passed away when he was a child. Over the past fifteen years, things have stayed pretty much the same, but when Minami unintentionally reveals his 'more than friendly' feelings for her, their relationship is changed irrevocably. This is a very funny, sweet story about two life-long friends who fall in love.

Today was a rather average day. The day started with a not very interesting 23rd student councillor investiture. It was SUPER warm during the starting of the investiture. We were waiting for the guest-of-honour. (So honoured that we have to wait for him)>.<
Then after that lessons as usual. However today's lunch was GOOD, Pasta!
Returned to school for P.W. then after that was COMPREHENSION test. I would say that the texts are easy to understand but the "use your own words" was rather tedious.

Anyway, tomorrow will be SPORTS DAY. ~YaY~ I will have the golden opportunity to slack. hehe.. Joining Novelty race. I will do my BEST, not to fall down.

I will continue my hunt for dollfies pictures.

Manga recommendation

Have been reading this manga for quite some time. I wanted to recommend it quite a long time ago but didn't have the time.
The manga is...Shiawase Kissa Sanchoume!

The summary:
Uru is a very short girl and is constantly mistaken for an elementary school kid, but despite that, she is ridiculously strong and decides to live by herself after her mother gets remarried. She ends up working at a small cafe with two rather unique co-workers, Shindou, who acts gruff and intimidating, but who is really a nice guy who loves to make cakes and pies and the like, and Ichirou, who is really good-looking but who instantly falls asleep when he gets hungry and doesn't wake up again until he's force-fed something? What will the future bring to them?

My review:
The manga is SUPER humorous. XD Really very interesting. Highly recommended by ME.

P.S. Anyway, I have been coming across to quite a number of nice manga. A mixed of shoujo and shounen. However, I didn't have time to read time. >.<(NO worry, I will be sure to make time for them.)

I am back. Rather busy nowadays.Nearly got drowned by the homework that was given by the school. Just finish my PI for PW yesterday and still need to rush up all the homework needed for submission on Monday.
P.S. By the way, Monday is my worst time table for the whole week as all the subjects I am taking is on Monday except for PW. So if I didn't manage to finish the homework that is given before the weekend, it will be like SUPER stressed up.
Anyway updates:
-I am back to Chinese Orchestra. Quit Interact Club cause that cca is really not for my personality. "Service above self" can't quite do that, I am kind of self-centered so.. ya.

AND TOMORROW I AM HAVING CONCERT FOR VJC CONCERT HALL.
Plus I not done with learning the songs and they want me on stage. So I WILL DO MY BEST not to embarrassed myself.

Today is a busy day. Had lesson until 3.30pm. hehe.. Reach home at about 3.50~4pm. Then Poon Poon reach my house at about 4+pm while I am having my lunch. Finally did our banner for the FunFair store. Real Fun. Poon Poon bought her new laptop along.

Tomorrow will be yet another busy and FUN day. Cause tomorrow I will have to go to church to prepare the set-up of the store.

My class have 3 JXP exchange students. My buddy is called Ding Ting Ying. She going to NTU and she only 17 years old! The other 2 is called YiQing and YinJuan. Ding Ting Ying and Yi Qing are from AnHui while YinJuan is from JiangSu.

P.S. I bought camera today specially to take photo with them but didn't manage to. Will try again tomorrow. *evil laughter* Since they are only staying with us for 2 weeks.

Matsuri 2008 @ Vivo City

I went to Vivo City with my sister after my Church service plus lunch. I overshot the bus stop, so troublesome. Meet up with Samantha, Gina, Monica and Monica's friend named Kitty.{an adorable name,right? The day was quite pleasant with very nice weather.

Samantha and Monica saw Jesuke during Matsuri. Monica was still quite sane then only saying that“有一点儿呼吸困难”. Samantha went a little ermm... not very sane. She went so "HIGH" just from seeing Jesuke, she "kyaa.." and ran after her. She took a few photos with Jesuke. Jesuke look super puzzled as she is not cosplaying that day. There are a lot of dollfies at Matsuri yesterday. Some of the better pictures I took.

Saw a Honey Senpai cosplay. The best that I like at Matsuri.

After that Sam, Gina and me went to BK. Only Sam was eating then.

After that, accompanied Sam to Tangs to see M.A.C. eyeliner. SUPER expensive($30 plus) but my cousin said that their cosmetics are quite good.

Went home after that. Saw a L going home. Then Gina got REAL EXCITED. The L looks super pretty. But took different MRT from L. *evil laughter*

I had my 1st Conversational Malay Language Course today. The teacher was REAL adorable and engaging. But currently I am VERY overwhelmed by the vocabulary. Still need to go finish my quiet time and Maths tutorial worksheet.

I will summarise what have you missed out while I am away(reading manga and watching anime).
1)Accepted that the fact I'm in TPJC + NOT taking 4 H2. Cause the result is ermm.. average?

I was having that above shown face when I got the result that I can't 4H2. (wanted scholarships)As I need at least 11 AU to be eligible for most of the scholarships, hence I will work twice or needed thrice as hard to compete for a place at H3 chemistry.
Anyway I am HAPPY that I am in TPJC now cause it's of "walkable" distance to my house and since MAN and Wan Shu really missed here, so I will treasure my time here and make this place to excellent jump-board to University.
2) I joined Interact Club. As I want a CCA which is less tedious to fight for the EXCO or even the president seat. The reason is for the testimonial {of course}. I joined the Club service section for the IC. I wonder did I make a good choice?
3) LYN LYN IS IN THE SAME CIVICS GROUP AS ME! *LUCKY* And I make a new friend named Yu Zhou. Nice name right?
4) 1st March: Got ear piercing with MAN on Saturday and spent $6 on it plus the alcohol solution as well. [expensive. heartache] Plus I went to Far East Plaza and Bugis with Sam, Gina, Liting and another girl don't know what's the name. I went Far East Plaza to meet Sam and guys. Along the way, as usual there are people "peace-ing" away. *irritating* Anyway on the way from Orchard MRT station to Far East, Sam knocked into a rather short pole and hit her... Thank goodness she's not a guy. Sam bought a $80 platform shoes with matt finishing for Haru. *It's the regular pricing but my heart aches for her* Didn't buy anything from there.
Next stop Bugis. We walked to Arab street cause Gina wanted to buy dollfie and Sam wanted to see some GLP stuff from Alice 88th. Saw some skirt which is pretty affordable. The shop was quite far off the Bugis MRT station but is nicely decorated. Anyway saw Shin's lighter, SUPER NICE, LOVE IT. However I presumed that the price is just as nice. After we returned from Arab street to Bugis junction. We went to 77th street then so I picked up a magazine about arts cause the front page was about Tang quartet. Guess what! There's a FULL article about Jesuke. COOL~ (And my nice sister so KINDLY crampled the magazine today!!) Sam took 2 copies, one for her and one for Monica. I told her that for Monica 1 magazine is not enough, at least need a few boxes of magazines to fill one side of her room's wall. Later Sam and guys said that THEY STILL WANT TO SHOP. Sam still wanted to visit some GLP shops.

I was like 'you all are SUPERWOMEN can shop so long'. Anyway I didn't want to shop so I went home. {Plus I spent TOO MUCH for that day}

Just check tomorrow's time-table. GOODNESS! Have PE! Currently still in the midst of discussing whether to fake ignorance. kk. Done blogging.

I am SUPER TIRED currently. Still haven't do my quiet time yet. I will do it after I am done blogging today.
Cedric and Joel said that I haven't been posting much.
Today just when to watch L change the world with Sam, Gina, Monica, Liting, Joan, YingShan and a girl whose name if I am not wrong is called Vivien. Saw JingPing, Janine and Pearlyn while we were waiting to be admitted into the cinema. Spotted some TPJC folks.
Anyway the show was rather nice but there are scenes that are not exactly appealing to me so I will skip that part. Sam ws jealous with a girl from the movie cause Kenichi patted her head twice so Sam was liked "I wished that I am in that place." Something to that effect. Before I forget, that commercial was SUPER LONG and the snacks was gone before the movie ended so..errmm.ya.

Today is Valentine's Day. ~ermm..YAY?~ As I don't really celebrate Valentine's Day, so I sort of celebrated it this year with 08S01! Bought gifts for MAN, Lyn Lyn and Wan Shu. Today have P.E. Got a trainee teacher to relief the lesson. Lyn Lyn and I decided to attend the lesson as we ate TOO much CNY goodies hence need to work out. Did 2 rounds of running plus warm-up. After these, we were supposed to play frisbee. However it ended up that it was a little tedious for us hence we played captain's ball.

For Chemistry today, we were late for lesson. Ms Khoo seems quite disappointed and she delayed the Chemistry test to after school. I TOTALLY forgot that there was a VA tutorial homework. Obviously, I didn't do and got a mini-lecture from Ms Khoo. [sorry]

The Chemistry test was manageable. I NEARLY couldn't finish the paper.{Phew..} I was thinking that I have enough time so I dilly-dally, took my time to do. Next time must have better time management.

Tomorrow is Valentine's Day. Frankly speaking, I don't really celebrate that day. However since Cherilyn, Wan Shu and Lyn Lyn will be celebrating in school tomorrow so I will just celebrate with them. The above picture is the presents for Lyn Lyn, Cherilyn and Wan Shu. I wrote a little note for each of them. All original and heartfelt words for them.

Something that I watched during CNY and it ROCKS.

Title: Eureka Seven

Plot Summary: Renton Thurston is a 14-year-old boy who lived with his mechanic grandfather in a backwater town. Every day he dreamed of being with the mercenary "Light Finding Operation (LFO)" aircraft pilot group "Gekkostate" and riding "Trapar" particle waves-- a sport called "reffing"-- with their charismatic leader Holland, especially when faced with his father's acclaimed past or his grandfather's desire to protect him. When a young girl named Eureka riding the original LFO, the "Nirvash typeZERO", asks his grandfather for a tune-up, she inadvertently brings the attention of the military to the garage; as a result, the garage is destroyed and Renton is forced to deliver a new type of interface-- the "Amita Drive"-- to the Nirvash. This year's CNY is pretty quiet cause some of my cousins didn't come back together to my grandma's house. ~Disappointed~
HOWEVER, bought A LOT of tidbits and CHOCOLATE!!! Gifts for my darlings(Sam, Monica, Liting and Joan). Got RM20 from my uncle to buy stuff. {Haha} I and my sisters spent a long time in shop that my uncle recommended. We ended up spending RM39, need to get extra RM20 from mum. Bought bought a big bag of gifts. Can't tell what I bought but it was real affordable.

Manga that I bought there weren't of much use. Didn't read as much as expected. Read a little on Rave and Pheromomania Syndrome. A chapter on MxO. That's should be about it.

I watched the whole series of Eureka Seven and IT ROCKS! Really very good. ~BRAVO.SPLENDID.~ Dominic was SUPER ADORABLE and Holland was EXTREMELY HOT. I will do a recommendation later.

Just finish Penguin Revolution. Currently still my favourite manga cause it's SERIOUSLY INTERESTING. Sadly it ended, I wanted more of it.

Papa's Birthday

Yay! Today is Papa's brithday! Bought him a shirt which cost $33, and the price is shared among me and my siblings. (I am so stingy huh?) Anyway the shopkeeper asked me whether I was buying that shirt for my Dad and I reply yes, so I think that he gave me some discount. haha.. I didn't even need to request for it and the generous shopkeeper gave me discount, so kind. My Dad so pleased with the shirt that I bought for him. haha... I felt so good then.

Today Mrs Willman came to our class and asked us about whether we all interrested in the United World College's Scholarships. Well, my most of my classmates were interested so Mrs Willman will invited someone from United World College to give us more information about the Schorlarships. I must say that the Scholarships are rather attractive, being able to go to either Norway, Canada etc to study. So COOL. [=l_l=]

Tomorrow will be a busy day. I will be going for tomorrow Cosfest Convention, will be meeting Samantha and Monica they all at about 12.30pm at White Sands. Coincidentally, tomorrow will be Shi Han's birthday. Cedric and Joel said that they will be staying at Shi Han's house until 1am. I was liked 'WHAT! So late!' but they replied that our houses are very near to each other so it doesn't matter to go home that late. However, I think it's kind of scary to go home that late, so I think that I will go home earlier. Plus Sunday morning have A.maths tuition and Church service. haha..

Time flies. (what's with the introduction >.<)
I'm taking O' levels this year!!!! ARHH... I don't want. haha.. Anyway the school started pretty smoothly. Phew.. The A.Maths is the biggest problem I facing now..haiz..(*Headaches*) I have no idea how to do that subject and how I am going to pass it. Sian... I very easily get bored by that subject and I absolutely DISLIKE that subject.
The Chinese Orchestra stuff: My school Chinese Orchestra is going to have a concert at the Esplanade on 14/1/2007 Sunday from 3pm to 4pm, which is held tomorrow. I finally learnt finish the SYF set piece. Hardwork? Not exactly. It is the time I spent... T.T I spent at least 45 minutes practising that one song. But surprisingly, I didn't get bored. haha.. I thought that song would be so difficult that I cannot master it. But now I at least can play the song briefly.. but it sound not very nice or right. The tune was kind of off. BUT I WILL MASTER IT!!! *evil laughter*
The youtube website isn't working properly, so I can't watch my darling Prince of Tennis. It don't load somehow or rather.
I wish that it will be a smooth year ahead. Gotta study!!!

COS Children Camp

IT ROCKS!!! IT'S SUPER!!! IT'S AWESOME!!! I have a great time during this year 5 days - 4 nights camp. The camp theme for this year is "Cling to Him" and this year camp verse is Habakkuk 3:17-19 " Though the fig tree does not bud, and there are no grapes on the vine. Though the olive crops fail, and the fields produce no food. Though there is no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls. Yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will be joyful in God my Savior. The Sovereign Lord is my strength; He makes my feet like the feet of the deer, he enables me to go on height. To the director of my music. On my stringed instrument. " <<>.< I am in group LUKE and from GOSPEL family. << MY GROUP AND FAMILY ROCKS!!!!
The presence of God was there and he touched many children on the 4th night. I was so so happy for then cause for the first few days the attention of the children like was't there, they didn't really have a heart of expectency for God. So all the teachers prayed and thank you God for responding to our prayer. So we had an AWESOME time there at the camp. We had a super time worship in God!!!! *YAY* ~I'm loving it~I am sure that the children too have a fun time worshipping God. Actually the children there were kind of cute, they will participate if we ask them to, they a kind of cooperative. They did quite a number of games: station games, mission station, treasure hunt, outdoor activities such as zipline and flying fox. Other than praise & worship and games, the children also tried outdoor cooking and it's kind of fun. I thank God that He had kept each and everyone safe and gave us good weather. So I really thank God for that. I pray that the children will still " Cling to Him" even after the camp and love God more and more as they grow each day.
Sound fun right? Tempt to join us? Even so the earliest camp that we are going to have is in June, which is the creative arts camp which is in June. So come join us then!!! ^^
I will be going for the YPM camp that is happening on NEXT WEEK!!! YAY!!! SIOK!!!

O' Level Chinese Examination is OVER!!!!

YAY!!!!! IT'S OVER!!! THE O' LEVEL CHINESE EXAM IS OVER!!!! ~Celebrate~ Finally got my hand on the computer...hehe..It had been a week or so.. Got to blog to my heart content?!

The Chinese exam was manageable but took quite a long time to settle down, teachers doing the administration work etc. My leg cramp while doing my paper 1. Not going to let it affect me, I continued but now I am quite anxious of my result.. Hope I get A1 for my Chinese, if not I will be heart-broken. So I pray for the best.. *Grin* ~Mumbles... A1...A1...A1...~

During the weekend, I signed up to be a teacher in this year Children Ministry camp, "Cling to Him". I signed up quite hastily with Michelle and her brother, without thinking through much. Then I though, NO ONE IS GOING TO ACCOMPANY MUM.. Sounds pretty ermm boring? Anyway spending time with my mum without my siblings around is SUPER NICE. It's a rare chance, you know, all three siblings away from home. (Sounds Evil... ) But I can't back out now so I think I will have a FANTASTIC time there... Church camps so far I have attended are all VERY FUN..

This few weeks should be going back to the school quite often.. I&E work shop, Chemistry lessons, Physics lessons, A.Maths lessons and last but not least the SUPER LONG HOUR Chinese Orchestra [CO] practice. Haiz.. didn't mind the lessons but the CO practices duration is super long about 9am-6pm. Got to squeeze with the adults after the dismissal time after the CO practices cause it's peak hour then...HAIZ!!!! kk.. stop whinning..

Death Note!!!

I went to school today. The post-examinations activities for today are Archery Course and Innovative Course. I didn't attend archery course as I need to attend lesson to prepare for my Chinese O'level and was sort of talking my way through the lesson.

The Death Note movie rocks, but a little saddist. Both the main characters are SO CUTE. Both Light and L rocks!!! They got both looks and brains. Can't tell you what's the movie is about. You got to check out the show, MUST. Can't wait for the sequel to come out. The only thing that I was quite irritated was that the people who are sitting behind us ( Monica, Liting, Joan, Ying Shan, Boon Khin, Zoelyn, ME and Samantha ) were a little chatty. Cause one of the character L loves to eat sweet stuff, they also talk about that, elaborate etc... The sequel seems to be a little bit more ermm "violent"? sort of...

I wanted to watch DeathNote movie premiere tomorrow which is 19/10/2006 but tomorrow got the irksome Chinese Orchestra practice..Haiz.. I have been wanting to watch this movie but the movie took such a long time to "make its way" to Singapore. It had been several months before the movie is going to be shown in Singapore.
Went to Pula Ubin today for some leadership stuff, actually it got nothing to do about that. The trip was surprisingly short but it is super warm but was kind of fun.

Update of Recent Events!!!!

THE END OF YEAR EXAMINATION ARE OVER!!! YAY!!! ( In fact, mine is over on 12-10-2006 ) The papers were mostly "do-able", quite a few of mistakes, but the A.maths paper was so tedious!!! arhh!!! Anyway it is over, metally prepared to take a qualifying round test for A.Maths.. Haiz!!!
Other than the examination, which were the major events of the week, of course there must be playing involed!!! YAY!! Ouran High Host Club ended with a total of 26 episodes whick rock!!When to Monica's house to play on 6/10/2006. Try on the online game named"Audition" which somehow or rather which can't be play at my own house. Weird right, I think so too.
On 11/10/2006, I went to my school library to borrow books, kind of bored thus resulting to this. The book I borrowed were The time traveller's wife by Audrey Niffenegger and Vanishing Acts by Jodi Picoult. Then drag by Joan to the Bedok Library(help, kidding), at last also when by my own accord. The library there is very cool, nicer than the library in Tampines. I borrowed the book The other Boleyn Girl by Philippa Gregory. So three books in one goal, wonder will I finish the books. (That must really depend on whether the books are interesting.)
On 12/10/2006, when to Samantha's house!! First time in three years! Been her friend for three years yesterday was the first time that I went to her house!(So touched) People who went for this outing to Samantha's house were Monica (My darling), Joan, Zoelyn, Boon Khin, Liting(who joined US a little bit later), ME and the last but not least Samantha the host. Actually I was late, caused I overslept and in my opinion actually the outing was a little too early. Therefore I informed Samantha with a message. She sounded quite pissed off, as I am always late for this kind of meet up sessions. ( For some reasons, I am NEVER late for sochool!! ) Went to buy some snacks from a mini-mart at Samantha's HDB block and we headed home(Samantha's)!!! YAY!! All of them excluding me were having their breakfast, I had my breakfast before I am out (in case you want to know). Zoelyn's breakfast was kind of small. The first movie they watched was a NC16 gore movie, I kind remember the spelling of the movie. I didn't really watch it but that movie sounded quite gruelsome and that is quite enough for me. Other movie that we watched were the Little man, Scary movie 4. For Little Man, it's kind of boring for me, so we didn't manage to finish watchinng the movie and we change the disc to Scary Movie 4. Scary Movie 4 was not even a little scary at all but the Ju-on was kind of cute. (ermm.. I think so) I got Joan to help me to manage my blog, my blog now was more or less done by her.( A round of applause) Joan also got her chance to try Audition, and she is far better than me when I just started playing!!! Arhh!! Kidding... So the outing was quite fun, ended quite well too! Don't you think so ?

When to Bugis to shop, I got myself a hat!!! $5.90 only and I bought that at OG people's park. Cheaper than what I saw at the roadside store. Luckily I didn't buy that... phew... I got a lot of presents from my friends, Samantha, Monica, Xin Min, Joan, Liting and Grace ( myself lah.. ). I fall in love with the Pinky doll that I got.. It is so cute!!! I will update the post later.. hehe... {=l_l=}

Today, our Chinese teacher talked about our JC stuff, University admission, the importance of Higher Chinese etc . What she had said caught my interest and I am quite motivated to study. Kind of very rare thing that you can see.. But I will try to maintain that spirit which is very difficult for me.. haiz.. Cause that darling A.MATHS of MINE is the subject that I DISLIKE THE MOST is so DIFFICULT!!! And I don't like doing things that I dislike, so it is kind of .. tedious for me.

I have my first ATM card today! YAY!! and sadly while I am eating dinner, I got choke by the fish bone which is so embarrassing. Very careless for me..

And didn't manage to get Joan to help me make my blog... oh, I recall Liting gave me a set of pen for my birthday. So nice of her!! And got Joan a piggy keychain!!! haha..

kind of messy cause I write what came to my mind first.. hehe..

I understand that I am super slow in updating my darling blog. But I will update it tomorrow ( hope so ^_^;) cause tomorrow morning I am having GEOGRAPHY TEST!! So you the blog must wait for one day..

Just give a quick recap, I went for the NUS erhu exchange programme. The Melbourne boys came and went back.. These are the major events that had happened.

Today have Chemistry supplementary lesson and it helps a lot! Thank you Mrs Chua. Learn something about that Periodic table, the Group 1 elements and the Group VII elements aka the halogen (should be)..

Yah.. And today when having my Chinese Orchestra practice while teacher is teaching, I heard the 锁呐(suona)playing the 大长今(dachangjin)theme song. Which is like not so nice as the song should be very smoothing then the people play until so loud and quite off tune and tempo..by the effort of trying is good. But hope they can change instrument or play softer if they want to play that song.

For now need to study for Geography test!!! {=l_l=}

O'level Chinese Oral Examination

Today, got Chinese O'level Oral Examination!! Arhh.. Quite anxious during the examination. While I was waiting for my turn to come, I was feeling so nervous. Xin Min sat beside me and I can feel that she is very nervous too.. Then after, should be 1 hour plus, finally is my turn! I read the passage and thought that the passage is quite easy. But I stammered while I read the passage to the examiners! ~arhh~ I say I read quite fast then I slowly slow down. The conversation was quite okay. I pause during the conversation cause I thought that I answered finish the question but the examiners look at me then they prompt me.. aiyah!! Finally the Oral Examination FINISH!!! Phew.. Although I worried about the results but it can't change the result so JUST HOPE FOR THE BEST! {=l_l=}

Singapore Cosfest Convention 2006

Went to the Singapore Cosfest Convention yesterday ( with Monica, Samantha, Liting, Vivian and Sean ). This is the first time attending such cosplay convention, so cool!! >_< ( At First I type a lot one then for some reason the words that I type sort of disappear, so I gave up. I will type more next time ) I saw Joshua outside the cosplay convention tent's enterence. But somehow felt very moody ( weird huh ) Didn't enjoy myself at first. ( NOTE: AT FIRST ) I saw one very funny cosplay, cause didn't expect to see thus got a very humorous effect on me that is the Pink Power Ranger. The cosplayer costume are very nice, very real. Saw a lot of cosplay from the anime/manga that I watch/read such as the Final Fantasy, Death Note, Gundam Seed/ Destiny, FullMetal Alchemist, Bleach, Naruto, Vampire Knight etc. The cosplayers' make-up and hairstyle all very pretty. Some of the cosplay competitions are also very funny. Then the later part of the cosplay convention, I saw Shazlin cosplay as one of the character of the Air Gear （きれぃなShazlin), Hong Xiang and Heidi. I think that this cosplay was very siok and it is very worth to go for this year cosplay convention cause it RAWK! :)
